A parking lot is just after on the left, before the bar restaurant pizzeria &#8220;Chez Kinou&#8221;, the reward after the effort. Garez vous sur ce parking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ls-paragraph\">Retraversez le pont \u00e0 pied en direction de Montmeyan, le d\u00e9part de la rando se situe \u00e0 quelques dizaines de m\u00e8tres sur la droite.Park on this parking lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ls-paragraph\"><strong>Warning<\/strong>: very soon after the start, you will be informed that one of the routes (the one marked with a yellow cross) is dangerous and closed a little further on. Do not venture out and follow the yellow horizontal markings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ls-paragraph\">You pass then staircases fitted out in the rock, suspended bridges&#8230; close to the Verdon and the sight is superb. Nothing difficult, but you must be vigilant and watch where you step. The presence of cables makes the pathway safe, but the presence of young children is not desirable without solid support.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column right p-r-6 p-l-4 is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"ls-paragraph\">After having walked along the Verdon river for a while, sometimes on a rocky side, sometimes in the undergrowth (along the old Verdon canal), you will start an ascent of about 180 meters of difference in level, quite steep and which requires a minimum of physical condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ls-paragraph\">The ascent is done on stony paths (scree type in some places). Although it is not necessary to be a great sportsman, it still requires a physical effort that may be difficult for the less trained and\/or older people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ls-paragraph\">Attention! In the summer heat, the climb is very little shaded and it is very hot!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ls-paragraph\">At the top, you will take on your left the GR 99 that you will follow until your return to your starting point. The marker is marked with two horizontal white and red lines. The same cross marking means that you leave the GR and you must not follow it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ls-paragraph\">On the plateau (at the top of the cliff which overhangs the Verdon), you will no longer have the view on the gorges but will walk on a relatively wide flat path (not passable) in the middle of the vegetation.
